Using StowBear

These terms apply to your use of StowBear, a mobile app that helps you save, organize, analyze, and search personal captures. By using StowBear, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You need an account to use StowBear. Keep your sign-in information secure and use accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the links, text, images, screenshots, notes, and other materials you save. You give StowBear permission to store, process, display, analyze, and transmit your content only as needed to provide and improve the service, operate safety and support systems, and comply with law.

Only save content that you have the right to save and use. Do not use StowBear to store unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material.

AI and Search Features

StowBear may use automated analysis to create titles, summaries, entities, collections, reminders, AI insights, and search results. Automated results are hunches and can be incomplete or wrong, so check important information before relying on it.

Acceptable Use

Third-Party Services

StowBear depends on third-party services, including app stores, authentication providers, hosting providers, AI providers, database/storage providers, and map/place providers. Their own terms and policies may apply to their services.

Availability and Changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or create legal or security concerns.

Deletion

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion at stowbear.com/delete-account. Deleting your account removes access to your saved captures and related account data, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

StowBear is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated analysis will be accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StowBear and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
